CERT Meeting Scheduled
The Ellis County Emergency Services District #2 (ESD #2) has scheduled an organizational meeting for the recently approved Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). The meeting will be held at the Ovilla Fire Department, Larry C. Marlow Fire Annex at 105 S. Cockrell Hill, Ovilla, TX 75154 on Thursday, July 30, 2008. The meeting time will be 7:00 p.m. and the meeting should last an hour. The agenda of the meeting is:
- CERT presentation regarding an operational CERT team in Collin County.
- Discuss our CERT organizational goals and guidelines.
- Discuss application process.
- Discuss proposed training schedule to begin in August.
Schedule will be finalized after July 30th meeting. If you are unable to attend, please e-mail us at info@ecesd2.org and we will send you an application on July 31, 2009 by e-mail.
